Sprinkler repair at Green Scene starts with a diagnosis, then a repair estimate, then the fix that gets the system watering again. We work on any irrigation system in Franklin, Brentwood and the rest of our area, including the ones we didn't install. If we did install yours, the repair moves to the front of the schedule, and the office checks whether the system is still inside its 3-year installation warranty.
Maintenance is the other half of the page: a chart of how your system is laid out, a record of what's been done to it, and a schedule for what it needs next, so the next problem is quicker to find.
What sprinkler problems do you repair?
Our repair list covers 6 kinds of work:
- cracked pipe and broken fittings
- sprinkler heads that are snapped, stuck or worn out, replaced with new ones
- zone electrical boxes and relays that stop a valve from opening
- backflow devices that leak or fail, repaired or replaced
- controllers, Wi-Fi or standard, repaired or swapped out
- new zones added to an existing system when a bed or a lawn outgrows the old layout
Emergency help is always available. A line that won't shut off is a phone call, not a form.
How do I know my system has a leak?
Look for standing water. If it hasn't rained in days and the same patch of lawn stays soggy, a pipe or fitting under it is very likely leaking. Slow leaks are harder: nothing pools, and the first sign is a water bill that's higher than it should be.
For those, a technician tests the pressure in the lines, which narrows the trouble down to the part of the system that's losing water. Then we dig there, not everywhere. Teresa and Jose say it plainly:
Our motto is no water waste!

I bought a house with a sprinkler system. Where do I start?
Start with a map. Plenty of new homeowners in Williamson County inherit a system without knowing who installed it or whom to call about it. On a first visit we can chart the system from scratch, find the trouble areas and recommend a maintenance schedule that fits it.
From then on, the history stays with us. Every Green Scene customer has a record of their operating system, so the technician who comes out next year knows what was fixed this year. If you'd like the seasonal visits handled automatically, that's what an annual maintenance agreement is for.
What happens after I call?
Teresa's office books the visit. The technician diagnoses the problem on site, gives you an estimate for the repair and, once you say yes, gets the system back up and running. Antonio Estrada is the person who keeps you posted along the way, and he's still there after the work is done.
A repair is often the moment to look at the bigger picture. If the system is old and patched in too many places, ask about a new installation; if it just came out of a rough winter, a spring start-up covers the controller, the backflow and every head at once.
